Wiper Blades

As the undisputed world No.1 in wiper blade manufacture (supplying almost a million units a week), Trico has perfected high efficiency blades to clear any type of windscreen under even the most severe weather conditions.

Flat blades

This revolutionary design epitomises modern wiper technology - an extremely low profile joint-less blade with an integral aerodynamic spoiler to reduce lift at speed. Quiet and virtually chatter-free, its shape is uniquely engineered for each customer’s specific application, to conform to the complex curvature of their specific windscreen. This ensures optimum quality of wipe performance across the complete wiped area. The patented twin-point coupler exerts a continuous even pressure for a smoother, more consistent wipe, and the sleek modern styling also resists clogging for noticeably superior winter performance.

Conventional blades

Trico offers a full range of conventional front wiper blades from lengths of 280 to 700 mm. These blades have provided a high level of satisfaction and performance for customers for many years. They are also available in a premium and low cost ranges to suit customer requirements.

Hybrid flat blades

Trico's hybrid flat blade combines modern flat blade styling with the ability to refill the rubber independently. It is particularly suited for large attack angle variations and maximises high-speed windlift performance with low noise characteristics.

Track tested to vehicle speeds of 190 kph, these blades will be available in the near future.

Plastic rear wiper assemblies

Trico rear arm and blade assemblies are of modular design and can be quickly adapted to specific customer requirements both on arm and blade lengths. Estimated blade pressure is 350 - 425 g.

Manufactured from glass filled PBT plastics that can generate recycle credits for our customers, rear assemblies are also available with travelling washer jets incorporated in the arm.
